Illustrative potential revenue

£6,000 / year

4 clients × £1,500 annual fee

Firm Grow turns raw Companies House signals into one ready-to-contact pipeline. Example practices and figures are illustrative, not guarantees; revenue is clients won × a £1,500 annual fee, before signal, printing and postage costs.

How it works

from trigger to client in four steps

01

Choose a trigger

Target one business signal: accounts overdue, compliance pressure, first accounts due, or first accounts planning. Urgency is a score you can filter by, not a separate trigger.

02

Set your area and filters

Filter by city, postcode, county or radius (5 to 50 miles) or go nationwide. Refine by company type, industry, company age, filing status and urgency.

03

Review the opportunities

See how many companies match, the reason each was identified, its source update date and when its filing status was last verified. Select how many you want.

04

Take them to market

Review the price, pay, and the company details unlock in your account to follow up. Printed and posted letters are available as a separate managed service, quoted before you confirm.

About the leads

Companies House and other permitted business-information sources.

We match companies against four triggers: accounts overdue, compliance pressure (accounts recently overdue, or a confirmation statement overdue with accounts due soon), first accounts due, and first accounts planning. Urgency is a score you can filter by, not a separate trigger.

Signals come from a monthly Companies House feed. When you buy, every signal is checked against the live Companies House register (status, accounts filed since, overdue status, recent director changes, deliverable registered office) and anything that has filed, has had a recent director change or can't receive a letter is swapped for a replacement. While a signal is locked to you, its live details are refreshed monthly.

Each opportunity shows why it was identified and its source update date. Signals you buy are checked against the live Companies House register at purchase, and their live details are refreshed monthly while they are locked to you.

Company details for the signals you buy, unlocked in your account. Printed and posted letters are a separate, optional managed service, quoted before you confirm. Buying signals alone does not include letters.

Pricing & protection

Every signal you buy is locked to you for 60 days from the date of purchase, so no other Firm Grow customer can buy that company during that time. The 60 days start when you place the order and end automatically. It applies within Firm Grow only: another accountant could still find the same company elsewhere.

In the Orders section of your account. Each order lists its signals and when their 60-day protection ends, and you can reopen it at any time at no extra charge. Once protection ends, the company can be bought again, by you or anyone else.

The free preview covers your first 5 matches. Beyond that, paid signals start at 100 leads and go up to 5,000, in steps of 20.

Pricing is per signal, and the rate depends on how many you order: £0.90 each for 100–500, £0.75 each for 501–999, and £0.60 each for 1,000 or more. Each rate applies only to the signals inside its band (signals 1–500 at £0.90, 501–999 at £0.75, 1,000 onwards at £0.60), so ordering more never costs less overall. You pay when you place the order.

No. Firm Grow is pay-as-you-go — you choose how many leads to unlock for a signal and pay once, there's no recurring subscription.

Compliance & responsible use

It depends on who you contact and how. Postal marketing, email, SMS and calls are treated differently under UK rules; limited companies (corporate subscribers) are treated differently from sole traders and some partnerships; and any information about an identifiable person is personal data under UK GDPR. You are responsible for lawful, responsible use, suppression and opt-outs. Read our Responsible use guidance. It is guidance, not legal advice.

Yes. Managed postal campaigns are an active service: you choose your signals, we handle printing, postage and fulfilment. Campaign charges are quoted before you confirm anything, separately from the cost of the signals.

A campaign is a postal mailing to signals you have bought. A suppression list is a list of businesses you never want to contact, applied before a campaign is submitted.

Yes, suppression lists can typically be uploaded and applied to future opportunities and campaigns.

Accounts & support

Reach out through the contact details provided after signup. A support team is on hand to help.

There's nothing to cancel — you only pay for the signals you order, with no recurring charge running in the background.
